I am a writer and editor specializing in beauty, health, and primarily skin care. My work has been featured in Allure, Marie ClaireHarper’s Bazaar, Parents, Shape, Better Homes & Gardens, O The Oprah Magazine, The Cut, Violet Grey, Refinery 29, Well + Good, Vogue, Real Self, & Oprah Daily. I also co-authored two books: Simple Skin Beauty: Everything You Need to Know for a Lifetime of Gorgeous, Healthy Skin with dermatologist Ellen Marmur, M.D. and Eva Scrivo on Beauty

Brand Copy and Consulting

As a copywriter, consultant and strategist, I work with brands to finesse and strengthen their consistent voice, content strategy and messaging across multiple consumer-facing platforms, and create copy (such as brand decks and briefs, brand guidelines and tone of voice) for internal marketing purposes. I write brand web copy, including landing pages, About and Ingredients pages, and short-form PDP e-commerce copy, as well as long-form content and blogs.

I have created original digital content for many skin care brands including Matter of Fact, Skinfix, MyKirei by KAO, and Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare. I also work with the HearstMade creative studio to write branded content for beauty companies like Strivectin, Dove, and No7. I also work closely with Base Beauty Creative Agency (BBCA) to create impactful brand messaging for clients such as Alastin and Epionce—writing everything from consumer-facing copy for product launches to internal brand marketing decks.

As a copywriter, I specialize in translating clinical studies and white papers into cohesive and readable copy, and creating or enhancing a compelling, unique brand voice and editorial strategy. Essentially, I am a storyteller—a brand strategist and script doctor, as well as a content creator.
